You only pay for the time you book. ✨ I never double-book or overstuff your appointment. What you book is what we focus on. With the hair available on-site, extensions can even be applied the same day as your consultation if scheduling allows. Please note, my menu pricing does not reflect the cost of hair, as it is unique to your individual needs and desired results. You can book an in-person consultation for a personalized estimate. Organic color options are available upon request. Please schedule a consultation at least two weeks prior to your desired service date to ensure availability. 🌿
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a no-show or a need to reschedule, kindly understand that our business relies on scheduled appointments. While we acknowledge life's unpredictability, we request clients of Stevie at Maven & Mane to provide a credit card to be kept on file. This is to cover any potential missed appointments that would impact both Maven & Mane and our stylist(s) Stevie. If rescheduling becomes necessary, please inform Stevie directly at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment at (785) 760-3517. This allows us to accommodate another client during that time slot. Rest assured, the card on file will only be charged if a rescheduling or cancellation is arranged or made within 24 hours of the original appointment. It's important to note that in the case of a client's no-show or a same-day rescheduling, the full service charge will be applied to the card on file. LATE POLICY ⏰ Punctuality is required for all appointments. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for you to fill out the required forms. Forms are sent via email and text and must be filled out by you prior to your appointment. If you need the forms resent, please reach out in advance. •If you are 10-15 minutes late, you may be required to pay the full price of the scheduled service and reschedule to a later date. •The paid service does not roll over or apply to a future appointment. •If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible (785-760-3517).
